\t\t\t\t\t\t- —
\t\t\t\t\t\t
\t\t\t\t\t\tIs there a particular EMOTION that’s bestfor your health?
\t\t\t\t\t\t
\t\t\t\t\t\tIt might seem obvious at first…
\t\t\t\t\t\t
\t\t\t\t\t\tAfter all, everyone knows it feels great to be happy, and it feels bad to be sad.
\t\t\t\t\t\t
\t\t\t\t\t\tBut experts say there’s one “rare” emotion that can actually unlock a greater sense of wellbeing…
\t\t\t\t\t\t
\t\t\t\t\t\tWhile helping tolower physical and mental stresssupport a healthy heartsoothe digestional issues… and evenboost your longevity.1
\t\t\t\t\t\t
\t\t\t\t\t\tIt’sawe.
\t\t\t\t\t\t
\t\t\t\t\t\tNow, you might be thinking: “I know when something isawesome, but how does that make me healthier?”
\t\t\t\t\t\t
\t\t\t\t\t\tAnd I thought that, too. After all, I’ve seen awesome movies and eaten awesome cookies before…
\t\t\t\t\t\t
\t\t\t\t\t\tBut they didn’t have a lasting impact on my health.
\t\t\t\t\t\t
\t\t\t\t\t\tWell, it turns out the health-supporting kind of awe comes from “heartstopping” moments, like feeling small next to a mountain…
\t\t\t\t\t\t
\t\t\t\t\t\tOr feeling overwhelmed by a stranger’s kindness.
\t\t\t\t\t\t
\t\t\t\t\t\tNow, I don’t know about you… but most ofmydays don’t contain that kind of awe.
\t\t\t\t\t\t
\t\t\t\t\t\tSo, I got to thinking theremustbe other ways to find that feeling of wonder hiding in everyday life.
\t\t\t\t\t\t
\t\t\t\t\t\tAnd it wasn’t long before I came up with a list of tiny, common things that makeanybodyfeel awestruck.
\t\t\t\t\t\t
\t\t\t\t\t\tWhich means the next time you’re feeling “stuck in a funk,” or like your body is out of whack…
\t\t\t\t\t\t
\t\t\t\t\t\tTry looking for moments of awe in these places:

⛰️Awe in Nature🌊
\t\t\t\t\t\t
\t\t\t\t\t\t
\t\t\t\t\t\tWhen you think about awe-inspiring nature, your brain might jump to things like snowy mountain peaks, huge ocean waves, or towering redwood trees.
\t\t\t\t\t\t
\t\t\t\t\t\tBut for most people, awe in nature is actually hiding in the tiny, common things right in front of them.
\t\t\t\t\t\t
\t\t\t\t\t\tYou might glance up at a sunset and think,“How do all those shades of purple, orange, and red get up there?”
\t\t\t\t\t\t
\t\t\t\t\t\tOr you might walk in the park, notice a hummingbird dart past and wonder,“How can something so small move so fast?”
\t\t\t\t\t\t
\t\t\t\t\t\tThe point is, there are countless awe-inspiring things right in your home environment —
\t\t\t\t\t\t
\t\t\t\t\t\tAnd taking a few moments to find them can set you up for a better, brighter day.

🤝Awe in People\U0001fac2
\t\t\t\t\t\t
\t\t\t\t\t\t
\t\t\t\t\t\tThere are tons of stories about ordinary people fighting impossible situations… and finally getting the happy ending they deserve.
\t\t\t\t\t\t
\t\t\t\t\t\tBut I think there’s plenty more awe to be found in the ordinary people you meet every day.
\t\t\t\t\t\t
\t\t\t\t\t\tThink about times a kind stranger has paid for your coffee, held the elevator door for you, or even helped you load something heavy into your car.
\t\t\t\t\t\t
\t\t\t\t\t\tThose little moments can be enough to fill your “awe tank” for the day.
\t\t\t\t\t\t
\t\t\t\t\t\tSo if you’re ever blessed by the kindness of a stranger, go ahead and let that warm-fuzzy feeling fill you up!
