We're constantly improving our integrations and our platform. In the last month, we improved the way we show unsubmitted orders as well as various customer-related features you can check below, and three of our integrations. If you have any questions or suggestions, let us know!
Improved unsubmitted orders Your customers will now see the number of unsubmitted orders on the top navigation bar.
Customers
Import payment options for past orders If you import past orders to B2B Wave, you can now import the payment option used for those orders.
Improved sales reps access We’ve made it possible for a sales rep to have access to all customers. This way, if a sales rep has access to all customers, you will not have to assign customers to reps one by one.
Search customers using postal codes/zip codes It is now possible to search customers using their postal/zip code. The search field supports wildcard matches. Wildcard matching means you can enter the first few characters, and you'll get all matching customers.
Default privacy group for new customers We’ve added the option of setting a privacy group as a default one. New customers can automatically be assigned to this privacy group. The privacy group defines which products they can or can’t see.
Integrations
Quickbooks Desktop We improved how we match products between B2B Wave and Quickbooks Desktop when updating product prices, quantity, and creating orders.
Brightpearl Prices and order statuses can automatically get updated from Brightpearl to B2B Wave.
DEAR Inventory When a new order is created in B2B Wave, it’s now possible to define if that sales order will appear on DEAR Inventory as a Draft or an Authorized sales order. We’ve also improved the way we communicate order-related shipping costs to DEAR Inventory.
