Reduce, reuse… recycle your Baabuks! We understand that our shoes sadly can’t last forever. So, way back in September 2022, we launched our recycling programme, allowing you to complete the lifecycle of your beloved Baabuk shoes.
In just the last year and a half, we have received and processed a lot of recycling returns. Each of those once loved Baabuks have been taken by our friends at I:CO by SOEX, who have developed a clever process that extracts individual materials from shoes, so they can be reused in other industries.

How to give your Baabuks a new life Save your shoes from the landfill, and give them a second chance in life. All you have to do is fill out the form at the bottom of our recycling page. We’ll then send you some simple instructions showing you how to send us your pre-loved Baabuks. And then we’ll do the rest! As a thank you for taking part, we’ll also send you a rebate to contribute to a new pair of Baabuks. Please note, the service is open to all Baabuk customers throughout Europe. Extend the life of your Baabuks While all of our slippers and sneakers are crafted to live a long life, we know that our customers love to wear them to death. That’s why we’ve also developed a repair kit to mend scuffs and holes, and help your Baabuk shoes last as long as possible – before you have to recycle them.
Alongside our replacement insoles, you’ll be well on your way to making your slippers and sneakers last longer.
