Only a few more days until Cannuary 2024 is officially a wrap! I honestly was not confident that I would make it to this point, but with Cann I was able to mask my cravings with fun activities and a ~different kind of buzz~, and I didn’t have to experience any fomo in the process. I now feel fully in control of my drinking habits and, while I don’t think I’ll cut alcohol out completely forever (tbh that just doesn’t feel realistic), I will certainly be drinking less from here on out. Time to get moreCannso that I can actually make that happen!

Funny enough, the spilled drink move I mentioned in last weeks' email umm… kind of worked! I met someone super sweet and we hit it off instantly. We’re going on a date this upcoming weekend, so if I start being a bit less in touch just know it’s because I probably eloped! Thank you so much for letting me ramble to you all month, it’s been huge for me. I hope your month went as well as mine <3
