Pick of the Day: 1949 Oldsmobile 98

When Oldsmobiles were marketed\xa0in the late 1940s, a marketing campaign entitled “Futuramic” was used to promote the all-new design language. The revamped General Motors C-body was said to be aircraft-inspired and it was touted to be reflective of “the dramatic design of the future.”
The\xa0Pick of the Day\xa0is a\xa01949 Oldsmobile Futuramic 98\xa0convertible listed for sale on\xa0ClassicCars.com\xa0by a private seller in Nicholasville, Kentucky.

Pick of the Day: 2007 BMW Z4 Roadster
In April of 2020, right at the beginning of the pandemic, I bought a 2005 BMW Z4 from its original owner. It was a great buy, as the prices that we all saw skyrocket during this period had yet to hit. I drove the car all during that period with no car shows, taking it out every weekend there was good weather. After the car world restarted, I drove that Z4 to a ton of car events across the country, loving every minute behind the wheel.\xa0
My\xa0Pick of the Day\xa0is one of these cars, a\xa02003 BMW Z4 Roadster\xa0located at a dealer in Bend, Oregon.
