Lauren Sherman, Line Sheet: Blame designer Jonathan Anderson, but every fashion person has pulled out a barn jacket since he designed one for Loewe a few seasons back. Mine is the classicBarbour Bedalein the standard color, bought more than a decade ago at Madewell when it was in its Alexa Chung era. It's my school-drop-off go-to. Also, right before I moved to Los Angeles, I bought a rain jacket fromKassl Editionsat Graanmarkt 13 in Antwerp. It’s one of those colors that are so off they almost become a neutral.\xa0

- Arsène Barski, Ending Soon: Issey Miyake Plantation trench coat. Very special. We’re selling one at Ending Soon for \\$495. Made of thick cotton twill with a texture as satisfying as the feeling of a good crisp envelope. What makes it really special is a beautiful shawl collar. [For similar ones, seehere, here, andhereandhere. This is a very good recommendation.]

- Clémence Polès, Passerby:Sera Oltanis an emerging Turkish designer whose brand I've recently fallen in love with. Every piece is extremely well made, and the attention to detail is unreal; it honestly feels on par with The Row, just way more affordable. Herdouble coatin brown is all I'm wearing this spring — it's light, versatile, and adds a subtle yet elegant twist to the classic trench coat.

- Sarah Nsikak, La Réunion: Mine is a 2000Calvin Klein leather jacketfromthis collection, but there are similar ones on eBay and the Real Real. I love how subtly utilitarian it feels, and its tailoring makes it easy for day-to-night. Or theZuzu jacketI designed: It’s white silk moiré that has been very fun to style in any context.

- Roanne Adams, RoAndCo: You can’t go wrong with a classic Burberry trench. I’ve had mine for 15 years and it’s as good as new. Or find a vintage one fromthe Real Real.

- Yara Flinn,NOMIA: This is one from my line that’s currently on sale. The fabric is a really coolglossy coated cotton, and I love the pop of color. It's a fun take on a utilitarian style. And here’s a windbreaker I love from another independent brand in Brooklyn,COA.

- Helen Rice,Ponytail: My favorite isE.M. Reitz's Tailor's Tunic. I like how versatile it is. It works great over a tatty T-shirt or buttoned all the way up when I don't want to reveal said tatty tee. Very light and airy, it gives me the casual or put-together look I'm going for. It barely qualifies as outerwear, which is all you need here in Charleston. I got it earlier this year.

- Kathleen Sorbara, Chickee’s Vintage: I went to Paris this past fall; I visited the Lemaire store and was totally blown away. I walked away with a few key items, one of them beingthis jacket, which has become a staple for me.

- Hilary Reid, Strategist senior editor: I have a black nylon Jil Sander trench that I bought on Poshmark and love. It’s similar tothis one— the nylon is slightly shiny, so it feels easy to dress up. I also have aBarbour jacket that I got at the outletin New Hampshire 12 years ago and love. And I recently bought thisfield jacketat the Corridor store on Bleecker Street; I like that the black keeps it from feelingtoofield
