The perfect brown corduroys

We noticed influencerAccidentalInfluencer(a.k.a. Molly Blutstein) wearing some really nice, baggy-but-not-too-baggy brown corduroys. In the comments, she said they areLevi’s Women’s Baggy Dad Pants! Great price for some great pants. (More sizeshere.) Some other corduroys we like:stylist Alex Violante’s vintage LL Bean’s (“Have had them for years,” she told us. “An old boyfriend’s maybe.”).Found some on eBayhere,here, andhere.Simone bought thesegiant \\$44 brown cordslast winter; they fit in a nice slouchy way.

We really like these ruffly pillows byWall for Apricots(and ruffly pillows in general). Mostly because they’re upholstered in Liberty of London fabrics, our favorite. And apparently, they’ll soon be making bolsters! (DMor emailhello@wallforapricots.com)

To put it on: We think thisSundays Movie Night couch, which we found out about fromwriter Alyssa Shelasky, who found out about it from her editor friend Julie, who called it “fantastic.” It really is fantastic! We spent a little time on Sundays’ website and found many other things we were interested in, such as theDream Bed.

This room Michael Bargo posted has twovery nice lampsin it, shown in situ: theLumina Daphine, a very elegant reading lamp, and (we think) theWalter Von Nessen brushed metal Torchiere. (We’ve written about the latter in the past.)\xa0

More lamps: In the background ofPriscilla, we noticed a two-tier lampshade, the mid-century style that has stitching at the top and bottom. Seeing some stitched shades on eBayhereandhereandhere. And thismini modern stitched versionfrom Santa & Cole.

Autumn Sonata, which already makesunbelievably beautiful patterned towels, is now doing a set of fairly striking linennapkins. But napkins-wise,theseare really good too.\xa0

Been coveting a Camiel Fortgens trench and if you happen to be an XS, it’s on super-sale atDepartmento. We foundone on eBay for \\$625. Otherwise, that’s going to bea horrible \\$1,075. But this \\$122Uniqlokhaki guy looks pretty good too, to be honest!
