"I had improved numbers across the board from a screening two years prior. Total cholesterol: (optimal <200) 202 to 177. LDL cholesterol (optimal <100): 131 to 97. HDL (optimal >60 for women): 53 to 62. Also, 15 lbs lighter! I would like to lose 20 more pounds to get to my goal weight, and I'm actively working on that. For those who might be struggling with the transition... hang in there! It does make a difference!! "
