We're excited to share the latest progress on the Author Clock campaign. Our journey has seen significant milestones in manufacturing and shipping since the previous post, and we're here to update you on every step. Here's a quick look at the progress:

• Completed Surveys: Surveys have been sent to all backers
• Deliveries: Nearly 8,000 orders have been fulfilled, with over 2,600 currently en route
• Upcoming Arrivals: A shipment is arriving by barge in the U.S. on February 22nd for the backers who picked the slower and lower cost domestic shipping option
• Software Enhancements: Version 1.3.0 is live on the servers, featuring a new charging indicator as well as several bug fixes and performance improvements
• Get Another Author Clock: Author is available on our website, with a \\$50 discount code for backers!

Author Clock Manufacturing

Manufacturing of the Author Clock was completed in mid-January! Our manufacturer finished enough clocks to fulfill all crowdfunding orders for both clock sizes. This is a pivotal milestone for the project, and we are so grateful for your patience and your support in getting us here.\xa0

We're working hard to get this last batch of clocks shipped to the last backers, and look forward to continuously enhancing the Author Clock experience.

Shipping Status

We've made tremendous progress on shipping out all your orders. Below is a look at the current shipping status:

Nearly 8,000 orders have already been delivered!\xa0

U.S. backers had a lower cost shipping option which shipped their clocks on a barge. The barge is scheduled to arrive in Los Angeles on February 22nd. Once it is docked we expect it will take about two weeks to process and ship your orders via USPS.\xa0

There are still over 2,000 backers who have not completed their Easyship survey. Please make sure to complete it so we can ship your order!

Shipping Surveys

Every backer has been sent a survey from Easyship to collect the final address and select and pay for shipping. Most backers have been sent multiple reminders, but many have still not completed their surveys.Your clock cannot ship until this survey is completed.\xa0

To help backers find it, we resent all open surveys today. The survey was sent from "noreply@easyship.com" titled "Action Required: Complete Your Shipping Information". It's an email that looks like this:

If you cannot find this email, please check your spam and junk mail folders. We sent the survey to the email you provided, but note that it is not necessarily the same email you use for your crowdfunding account.Make sure to check all your email accounts and spam folders.

If you still cannot locate this email contact us atinfo@authorclock.comwith your order details and we'll help you find it!

Software

We have released version 1.3.0 of the Author Clock software on our servers! This version has several bug fixes and performance improvements.

Several backers requested a charging icon to indicate that the clock is successfully charging. That has been implemented in this version. Note that the icon will only appear the next time the screen refreshes after it's plugged in. It will disappear when the clock is sufficiently charged.

We're also refining the screen refresh process to enhance your clock's battery life and reduce the transition so your clock can blend into your surroundings more seamlessly. Please let us know what else you'd like to see in future updates!

Manual Updater

For backers who were still hoping to use the Manual Updater, we're testing the latest version now and expect to release it soon. This version should not encounter anti-virus warnings since we are code-signing it with Microsoft and Apple.
