US-based backer missing shipment?
If you are US-based and haven't received your reward(s), it's likely you missed a previous update and now need to confirm shipping. Please follow these steps:
Step 1: check yourBackerkit profileto see if your reward has been "fulfilled". If it has, please wait for delivery. If it hasn't been marked as "fulfilled" AND you are in the UNITED STATES, please ensure your delivery address is correct in your profile and proceed to step 2.
Step 2: go to elostones.com and locate the "US Backer Delivery" form at the bottom of the home page. Submit a response with your email and backer number and we'll check your account to ensure all shipping charges, including shipping inflation charges, are paid up. If you have an unpaid balance we will try to charge the card on file. If it fails, you'll get an email asking you to update your card. Once your account is settled your reward will be shipped to you.
Thanks for your patience as we worked to find a solution for international delivery. After considerable time spent working with our partners we are putting forward final options for international backers below.

Final options for international backers
While we have delivered to many international backers with success, certain regions have posed complex challenges that prevent customs clearance and smooth deliveries. After several months of testing and working closely with customs agencies and our shipping provider, we've made the decision to provide the following solutions for our international backers. We understand these options are not ideal, however, given the complex situation, potential customs fees and risk of non-delivery, this is the best resolution we can provide.
Option 1: Deliver to a US address– any international backer can provide a US address for us to ship to. This can be provided in the International Backer Form on our website (see next section for details).
Option 2: Refund of your Pledge– if you are unable to provide a US address for us to ship to, you can begin the refund process for your pledge using the International Backer Form on our website (see next section for details). Once you request a refund, a member of our team will begin the process. As pledge charges are almost 4 years old and we will manually be refunding these, please allow 6 – 8 weeks for processing.\xa0
We understand this isn't the ideal outcome for international backers and for this we sincerely apologize. You have our thanks for your generous support throughout the campaign and we hope to have you as a customer in the future if and when we are able to properly serve your region.\xa0
How do I access the form?
To make your selection, go to elostones.com and locate the "International Backers" Form at the bottom of the home page. Submit a response with your email and backer number and let us know if you'd like your reward shipped to a US address or your pledge amount refunded.\xa0
