Chocolate Chip Snickerdoodle Cake is a recipe that raises questions. Is it primarily achocolate chip cakeor asnickerdoodle cake? The answer is: neither. It is, first and foremost, asnacking cake, the kind of treat you can eat for breakfast, after lunch, and again for dessert. You can eat it with one hand standing over the sink, or you can plate it and serve it to guests for dessert. Better yet, it's an effortless cake. The batter comes together (in one bowl!) in ten minutes, and it bakes for 30 minutes, meaning the whole thing, start to finish, takes under an hour. |
