Words can't do justice to some recipes. Take this week's Bake of the Week. As Martin shows in that video, you can stuff this sandwich with more than just mortadella. Roasted vegetables, greens, hummus, shredded chicken — all of it works. The important part is making an airy, tender dough (our'00' Pizza Flourwill ensure that) and baking it in a well-heated 500°F oven.
