Our 6-year-old Emerson went from losing none of his baby teeth for the longest time.. to losing FIVE in the span of 6 weeks. It's been crazy!

He now looks like a mini-old man, can only eat soft foods (or harder foods really really slow), and his speech is slurred.

Nevertheless, I'm treasuring this time and stage of his growth with a smile, and he is too (albeit mainly toothless hehe). He has had fun with the tooth fairy's visits and has built up quite the piggy bank in savings.

He asked me how the tooth fairy knows when to come and I told him that I tell her. He said how and I told him I do the "Tooth Fairy Dance".
\xa0
He asked me to teach it to him but I told him if I did my dance wouldn't work anymore, so he has just been trying to figure it out on his own.. doing these wild moves and waiting to see if she comes at night. Lol

It has been quite amusing watching what his creativity can come up with in the realm of 2-steps.

Aside from that, we have just been doing the norm.. work, homeschool, karate, trying to keep up with the dropping leaves (a large feat considering the number of trees we have), and church.

My hubby is still loving the world of becoming an electrician, and Thanksgiving was a lovely time together.
