The backstory is a bit complex, but the short version is we're always looking for a cleaner and simpler way to reward people who buy multiples of our stuff and don't return them. We used to do combo packs and 3-packs but both never played nice with our e-commerce and returns system so we're launching something calledbulk buy eligibleinstead. Here is how it works:
If you buy five or more bulkbuy eligible productsin an order we automatically reduce the price of those items by 15%. Done.\xa0
There is a catch of course, if you return ANY of those items it voids the whole discount across all the items. Returns are a necessary part of an e-commerce business and we try to have as good a return policy as possible, but to be quite frank that shit is expensive. The less people return things the lower we can keep the prices and this setup is designed to reward people who don't return things, it's that simple.You can read the full details here.
