It takes years of working with truly innovative fabrics to really understand their character and sort of garments will truly let them shine. TheWarmformMerino was born as a waffle knit, but you'd never know from looking at it. Merino waffles tend to collapse on themselves and the high stretchWarmformdoes it so completely that it emerges as something else completely. We've been thinking of it as two parts sweater and one part sweatshirt. Sweaters are all about being warm and breathable, they've got looks of soft fuzzy insulation but also big old gaps in the knit structure for air to go through. But that open structure makes them very drapey and slouchy, theWarmformis open with lots of soft insulating merino in the mix, but its also got a lot of snap, it holds its shape more like a sweatshirt and floats of the skin a little for an easier comfort. In other words a perfect midlayer, airy and comfortable when worn indoors, warm and cozy when worn under a jacket outside.\xa0

TheCrewneckis a couple inches shorter than last year's\xa0version. TheHooded Sweateris also slightly shorter and features a recut and slightly larger neck opening as well. If you preferred last year's\xa0CrewneckorHoodie, move quick as there are still a few left (at a slightly\xa0lower price too!).
