It's not particularly intentional but we come to realize we are drawn to "blankets you can wear" like moths to a flame.Experiment 392 - Warmform Sleeved Ponchois the latest, an exceptionally cozy garment that feels a lot like wrapping yourself in a blanket, except it stays on when you move around.Sleeved ponchois of course very close to a complete contradiction but if you handle this thing you'll understand. A cuffed poncho is maybe more accurate. There are sleeves too, but they are split open on the bottom, creating an effect that echoes the way ponchos are open on the sides. It also means you can take your arms in and out of the sleeves with ease for all that blanket like adjustably. The key feature is the robust turtleneck collar that keeps the thing on snug and warm. And hey, we love how it looks too, and it's super fun to style in different ways.\xa0

The other key aspect to it of course is theWarmformmaterial. We love swathing ourselves in this stuff. It's mostly merino (65%) and it's top-capped 17.5 micron good stuff so it feels amazing. There is a bunch of nylon in the mix too to give it some robustness and it's all built around an 8% elastane core that makes it exceptionally snappy. Think three parts sweater with one part sweatshirt and a pinch of yoga pant to spice it up. Finally we've got the return that's not a return. We've done a fewStrongworksover the years, plus some Duckworks, Bombworks, New Works and more, and now we have version three of theStrongworks. This one is quite straight forward, it's the same cut as the Bombworks and Duckworks, but inStrongtwill. Why? Well theStrongtwillis lighter with a bit more a chino type drape and when we sewed them up we were like "fuck, the others are great but this is the definitive material for this cut". The way it feels, the way it drapes the way it moves. We've got a long history of near indestructible pants and theStrongworksmight be the best we've done.
