Winter
is Coming

The temperature is dropping, flurries are forming, and there’s a chill in the air - you know what that means.

It’s tequila season!

While your summer might have been filled with lip-puckering margs and fruity tequila sunrises, tequila shines just as bright in the colder months. Tequila’s smooth, earthy, slightly fruity notes make it a perfect spirit for when you’re in the holiday spirit! Not to mention its subtle warming effect to keep you toasty when the puffer jacket just isn’t cutting it. \xa0

  • 3\xa0dashes chocolate bitters (or substitute Angostura bitters)

  • Large ice cube (make\xa0clear ice!)

  • Orange peel, for garnish

Hold the peel about 2 inches from the cocktail glass and warm it with a lit match. Then, quickly squeeze the peel to express the oils, causing it to flame briefly as the oil hits the glass.

Cheers to touchdowns, tackles, and the taste of fall!
