For our regular art and photo spotlights, we've always asked to see a body of work—multiple images—either a series or a cohesive selection of images. This is still the case for our spotlights, but we've realised this approach can be limiting when people don't have enough work that's ready to share. So once again, we're allowing single-image submissions to Array. Hopefully this makes it easier for you to submit!

  1. 😂 @DepthsofWikipediamight be the IG account I've looked at the most this past year. The things that Annie finds are always so interesting. Laughed out loud at the end ofthis story about Shiso Kanakuri(Guinness World Record for longest time to complete a marathon).
  2. 📹 David Friedman analyzes a bad sitcom called Til Deathwhich I'd never seen before. At a certain point the show should have been cancelled but was allowed to continue so it could finish 4 seasons (required for syndication). The writers essentially did whatever they wanted because no one was watching, including have a character become aware he is on a sitcom. Don't need to watch the whole video but found the idea of a show going off the rails like this kinda interesting.
  3. A moment of silence for every artist who has made artwork for a film that never came out.Drawing For Nothingis a free ebook compiling artwork from canceled animated films.
  4. 🕹️ People obsessed with Super Mario Maker are scrambling to try and beatthe hardest Mario level ever createdbefore the servers are permanently shutdown on April 8th. This level “Trimming the Herbs” is only 17 seconds long and has been attempted over 43,000 times. The video kinda gives me anxiety.
  5. Big controversy in the ad worldlast week as Under Armour released an ad that utilized AI to create content based off of existing content. The director of the original video, Gustav Johansson, called out director Wes Walker in the IG comments. We are going to see this exact scenario play out a million times in the coming months.
